After hosting a golf charity tournament, I had the pleasure of getting a massage from Thomas, and it was exactly what I needed! He focused on the areas where I carry the most tension, especially my shoulders, and worked on specific pressure points that made a huge difference. Thomas was so great. I've been weight training 20+ years and definitely needed a lot of soft tissue work. Just after one session I feel 100 times better. Definitely got rid of some muscle adhesions, increased my mobility and got rid of some nagging aches and pains. Thanks Thomas!!

Tom's service was outstanding. What sets him apart from other Massage Therapists is his knowledge of body mechanics and his ability to assess each individual's particular pain issues. He has more than 15 years of experience developing pain relief strategies. Highly recommend.

Pain relief at its best. I came with terrible pain in my neck/shoulder area with a large knot that I was not able to relieve with a massage I received two days ago by a different therapist.

He relieved my pain and we also ended with cupping and stretching. I would come again ! 

Thomas offered an amazing deep tissue massage, cupping, scrapping and all around bodywork. He helped out with my pain in my trap and a little with my sciatica. The level of intensity is very good if you are the type of person that requires a high level of pressure to be applied, however he does offer massages for relaxation purpose as well! If you need something fixed up I highly recommend booking an appointment for him ASAP as I was able to do mine on the same day!

I have been having sciatica for years and it's bugging a lot. I'm so happy that I find Thomas. His massage was fantastic, and it's focus on my sciatica issue. I'm so love his cupping and muscle scraping method. Those are really intense, but really work for me. He works very dedicatedly and shows me a lot of stretching exercises that I can do at home to relieve my pain. Highly recommend Thomas.

I had my first pain, relief, stretch, massage, and cupping today and it was amazing. I had been traveling for the past two weeks and my body was completely out of whack although I work out and stay in shape. Thomas was professional knowledgeable and extremely talented in his technique. I had never had massage like this with a stretching combination with cupping -- it certainly paid off I feel decreased tension and I know it will get better throughout the next few days. I can't recommend Thomas enough and the Cryo spot enough for all recovery and pain relief/ rehab needs.!! I will be back regularly!!

Thomas is very passionate about his craft. I walked in expecting a good massage but i got something even better.

Most chain massage places will end up doing a full body session even if you asked them to focus on specific parts of the body. Not Thomas, my man will target those areas and first and in various ways through stretching cupping and muscle scraping and even using a therapeutic gun.

He'll take the time to listen to your needs and will go from what you tell him.

Will definitely be going back for sure.
